CIS Intergovernmental Council on construction activity launched in Minsk today.
The heads of major companies from the former Soviet Union gathered here in Minsk. The participants will discuss the new construction industry, the experience of reconstruction of the neighboring countries, the problems of energy conservation and use of alternative energy sources. An exhibition of achievements of the CIS building complex will be held within the framework of the program.
